Booth AV & Audio
Individual booths need their own sound and presentation systems without bleeding into neighboring spaces. We provide compact audio systems, wireless microphones, playback, monitors, and simple control setups that exhibitors can operate confidently throughout the show.
For larger booths, we can add dedicated technicians, audience microphones, and presentation support for demos, panels, and scheduled product launches.
LED Video Walls & Digital Signage
The entrance wall, registration area, keynote stage, and exhibitor booths all compete for attention. LED walls and digital signage help organize that visual environment while giving sponsors and exhibitors a high-impact way to present content.
We build systems in different sizes and aspect ratios, from compact booth displays to large-format walls for general sessions and public areas.
General Session Production
Main sessions require more than a stage and a microphone. We provide sound, lighting, projection or LED video, confidence monitors, playback, presentation management, and speaker support for keynotes, panels, and awards programs.
Our team works with presenters and event organizers before show day to make sure every cue, video, slide deck, and microphone transition is planned.
Custom Booth Staging & Fabrication
A generic pipe-and-drape booth blends into a crowded exhibit hall. We design and build custom staging and scenic elements that create a stronger visual identity and help exhibitors stand out.
From branded backdrops and demo platforms to custom counters, product displays, and overhead structures, each element is built around the booth’s footprint and goals.
Lighting & Visual Design
Lighting shapes how attendees experience a booth, stage, or entire exhibit hall. We use focused lighting, color, movement, and architectural accents to create visual separation and draw attention to the right places.
For general sessions and evening events, the same team can carry the visual language across the entire convention.
Power Distribution for Exhibitor Booths
Every booth needs power, and most convention floors do not provide enough outlets exactly where exhibitors need them. We plan distribution across the show floor, coordinate cable paths, and provide safe power drops for displays, lighting, demo equipment, and AV systems.
That planning helps reduce last-minute changes, overloaded circuits, and delays during exhibitor move-in.
Event & Show Management
A successful convention depends on timing, communication, and coordination across every room and department. Our production managers oversee load-in, rehearsals, show calls, speaker movement, exhibitor support, and load-out.
That gives organizers one technical point of contact and a team responsible for keeping the full production on schedule.
