— What’s Included
Good video begins with good cameras. We use professional camera systems that deliver sharp images, clean color, reliable low-light performance, and the flexibility to capture everything from a keynote speaker to a fast-moving live event.
That means the footage looks intentional from the start, rather than something that needs to be rescued later in editing.
For events where people need to see the stage clearly, we build multi-camera systems and live switching workflows that let us cut between angles, bring graphics into the program, and send the right image to both in-room screens and live viewers.
That same setup also supports IMAG, so the person in the back of the room can follow the action as clearly as the person in the front row.
Beyond the main program feed, we can record each camera individually through ISO recording. That gives you separate high-quality files from every camera instead of a single finished cut only.
Those isolated recordings make post-event edits, social clips, highlight reels, and repurposed content far more flexible than relying on one master recording alone.
The same camera and broadcast team can support very different kinds of work: keynote sessions, interviews, podcasts, internal communications, panel discussions, brand videos, and event recap coverage.
Because each format has different production needs, we tailor the approach to what you actually want to produce, not just to the equipment on hand.
Raw footage is only the beginning. We can take the recordings from your event and turn them into edited deliverables that are actually useful after the show ends, from recap videos and speaker clips to social content and evergreen marketing assets.
That means the value of the production doesn’t stop when the room goes dark.
Getting the signal out reliably is its own discipline. We handle stream encoding, signal routing, backup paths, audio/video sync, and platform delivery so the broadcast reaches viewers the way it should.
Whether the destination is a private viewing page, a corporate platform, YouTube, or another streaming endpoint, we build the delivery chain so your viewers are watching the program, not a buffering wheel.
Contact Prime AV for a consultation, and we’ll build a plan around what you need live, and what you want to walk away with afterward.
