Weddings
A wedding has more moving parts packed into a single day than almost any other event we produce: a ceremony, a cocktail hour, a reception, sometimes three different rooms or outdoor spaces, and one timeline everyone feels emotionally attached to.
We handle the sound for vows and toasts, the lighting that shifts from a soft ceremony look to an energetic reception without missing a beat, and DJ or live music support that moves the room and keeps the night flowing.
Private Gatherings & Milestone Celebrations
Not every event needs a wedding-sized production, and we handle everything from birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties, graduation parties, and family reunions to intimate dinners and at-home celebrations.

Bar & Bat Mitzvahs
A mitzvah is part ceremony, part celebration, and the transition between the two matters. We handle the sound and AV for the service, then shift the room’s energy for the party that follows.
That can mean lighting, a DJ or MC, video playback, a live band, dance-floor audio, and the kind of production polish that makes the day feel special without overwhelming the family.
DJ & Entertainment

We bring experienced DJs and MCs who work private events regularly, backed by the same sound quality we’d bring to a concert stage.
Lighting & Décor

Some of the private events we support are memorials rather than celebrations, and we approach those with a different kind of care. That includes clean, dependable sound for speakers and music, simple video support for photo tributes, and live streaming for family and friends who can’t be there in person.
Our role in those moments is reliability and sensitivity, so your family can focus on each other instead of on equipment.
Event & Day-of Coordination
Every private event benefits from having one person responsible for the schedule, the room flow, and the vendor timeline. That’s especially true when you have a caterer, florist, planner, DJ, photographer, and venue staff all moving at once.
