— What’s Included
Every stream has a different job to do, and we build around that. A board meeting stream needs to be secure and understated. A political town hall needs to feel immediate and uninterrupted. A conference general session needs broadcast-quality polish. A funeral webcast needs to feel dignified and simple for family members watching from afar.
We don’t use one generic streaming setup and apply it everywhere. We tailor the production to the event’s purpose.
Your audience isn’t always on one platform, so your stream shouldn’t be either. We can deliver one live production to multiple destinations at once, including private event platforms, YouTube Live, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Facebook Live, LinkedIn, Vimeo, and other streaming endpoints.
That means one coordinated production and one signal path feeding the places your audience is actually watching from.
Company-wide addresses and organizational town halls have their own pressure: leadership is speaking to a distributed audience, often with live Q&A, slides, video playback, and internal messaging all happening at once.
We handle the production and technical flow so the team hosting the meeting can stay focused on the message instead of worrying whether the broadcast is holding up.
Webinars are built to teach, present, recruit, or communicate to an audience that may never set foot in the room. That means the production has to support registration flows, clean screen-sharing, stable delivery, and a polished viewing experience.
For public-facing streams, we also plan around accessibility, consistency, and the kind of presentation quality that reflects well on your organization.
Not every event is meant for a public audience. Board meetings, member-only briefings, donor updates, and private government or political sessions often need to stay behind a login or inside a controlled viewing environment.
We support private, credentialed streaming with the same production value as a public broadcast, along with the discretion and access control those events require.
A stream is only half the job if no one is managing what comes back from the audience. We handle moderated Q&A, comment monitoring, chat support, and platform-side audience coordination when the format calls for it.
That’s especially important for live discussions, webinars, and public-facing broadcasts where engagement needs to be guided rather than left unattended.
Contact Prime AV for a consultation, and we’ll build a plan around your audience, your platforms, and how public or private the event needs to be.
